Opened in April 2007, our apartments are part of our family history. They offer a modern appeal despite the building being an ancient one.
The interior design is simple and is embellished by the roof with original beams and the floor in Venetian style with neutral tones. Soft lights help to create a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere.
The three apartments are called Dodesona, Bucintoro, and Gondolin, they are located on the mezzanine of the Palazzo, facing campiello del Vin. Each has an independent entrance. The first one is a two-room apartment and can host up to six people, the other two are one-room apartments and can host up to four people. They include a kitchenette equipped with microwave oven, electric kettle and all that is necessary for cooking and dining. This is particularly useful for those who have specific food needs. The bathrooms are spacious and offer a hydromassage shower and separate bathtub, two wash basins, hair dryer and towel heater. 2 satellite wall LCD monitors are installed in the bedrooms and in the sitting room.
Elegance, comfort and independence characterize our apartments and will offer our guests the feeling of being “Venetians” for a few days, and at the same time they can avail themselves of the services and assistance offered by a hotel.
Prices of our apartments can vary between a minimum of € 120,00 to a maximum of € 450,00 for a day, according to the number of guests and to the tourist season.
Daily cleaning and breakfast are included. The washing-up of dishes, saucepans and cutlery provided is not offered by the hotel service.
You can check in from 2.00 p.m. onwards and check out by 11.00 a.m. The reception is open 24 hours a day.
